Nuvo Condos Oakville

Nuvo Condos is a new condo development By Fernbrook Homes and Crystal Homes currently in preconstruction at 2343 Khalsa Gate, Oakville. The development is scheduled for completion in 2024. Nuvo Condos has a total of 324 units.

NUVO Condos will be 10 storey tower with 269 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for NUVO Condos is set for January 2024.

NUVO Condos amenities will include putting green, rooftop lounge & pool/spa, BBQ facilities, media/games room, community gardens, leisure sitting areas, pickle ball court, multi-purpose activity court, gym with Peloton bikes, smart home technology, hiking trails, work/share boardroom, pet washing station, razul spas, bike station and car wash station.
